Once your form is submitted:
Our team will get back to you via confirmation email with a shipping label you can easily download and print.
Affix the label to the shipping package and drop off at your nearest UPS location.
In case of a return, your money will be refunded to the original method of payment.
In the case of an exchange, the product you would like to exchange for will be shipped to you.
All merchandise must be in brand-new condition: unworn, in original packaging, with tags on.
Online returns/exchanges can only be made for merchandise purchased on our website.
Replacement insoles and shoe laces are not eligible for a free return or exchange, unless purchased together with shoes.
FREE return and exchange are applicable for customers within North America (United States and Canada).
